Community Housing Assistance Support Services (CHASS) is a platform for persons at risk of becoming homeless and homeless individuals. Our innovative, personalized, people-centered services enable participants to work independently and find and connect to healthcare, housing, and income resources. Additionally, participants build and rebuild social support systems among family, friends, and the community.
To bring support and collaboratively work with Core Service Agencies and other community organizations to promote services that help and empower people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless due to factors such as mental health challenges, unemployment, and barriers to accessing resources, with a goal to end homelessness in the District of Columbia and to create a long-term model that can be replicated across the country.
Our incredible team at CHASS works tirelessly and utilizes tools that enable effectiveness in servicing the people in need of permanent housing. a collaborative team of professionals has worked for some of the largest property management companies in the country. In addition, our company has established relationships with affordable housing leaders who are ready to assist consumers with their rental needs.
